Benefits of a Dogs Go Hiking Outing

Paw-sitive Praises

  • "On hike days, he's so happy & excited to be getting out with his friends."

Boomer, of Newburyport MA, has been regularly attending Dogs Go Hiking since Autumn 2021. On hike days, he's so happy & excited to be getting out with his friends. Before he started with them, he was a bored, lazy & overweight dog. As of his recent vet appointment last month, for a 10-year-old lab, he's muscular, and lean, and his confidence has changed so much. It's the nicest thing anyone can do for their dog. In the cooler weather, they hike, play ball in the fields, and explore the trails. When it's very hot, they take short hikes and play in the cool water together. The hikers always have his health & wellbeing as their #1 priority. The off road hikes are enriching to your dog who naturally wants to explore in a pack. - Jeanette G.
